We believe that every training session should be varied, but not random. We believe that every training session should prioritize intensity, in a way that induces progress, but avoids injury. We believe in programming movements that have carry-over to other movements and have an application in everyday life. Luckily our Head Coach spends a lot of time and energy on making sure that every training session matches our training philsophy.
