Class Schedule

All CrossFit classes run for 60 minutes. We encourage you to come early and do your mobility homework! The next hour is spent in a group of maximum 12 members and a coach, or a maximum of 20 members and two coaches.

All Weighting and Strength classes run for 75 minutes under the supervision of a coach. A maximum of three athletes per platform ensures ample time under tension and qualitative coaching by our staff.
